The Best Master Cleanse Recipe for Beginners

The Master Cleanse diet or more commonly called the lemonade diet, is a very simple, yet brutally effective way to detoxify the human body and reduce body fat in just ten days.
This may sound like a bold statement but it’s really not at all, countless people all around the world have used the Master Cleanse and have discovered how easy you can lose 5 to 10 pounds in just ten days.

The Master Cleanse can be implemented at home without an exercise machines or special instruments. All you have to do is avoid solid foods for 10 straight days. During this time you will be drinking a special lemonade mixture.

The lemonade mixture is as follows: Two teaspoons of cayenne pepper powder. Two tablespoons of maple syrup. Two and one half tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Combine all the ingredients in a cup of water “about 250 ml” and stir.

Drink this mixture immediately and do not let the mixture sit for more than ten minutes. We are after the enzymes found in the freshly squeezed lemon juice. After ten minutes the enzymes begin to disappear from this special lemonade. The detoxification will not be effected, but you will be missing out on the nutrients that can only be delivered by the freshly squeezed fruit.

Since you will be consuming only lemonade for the next ten days, it’s only practical to stock up on fresh lemons.
One lemon will yield between 3-6 tablespoons of fresh juice. It is recommended that you drink no less than 12 cups of this special lemonade per day.

One tablespoon of high grade maple syrup will provide 50 to 54 calories, so one serving of this lemonade will provide no less than 100 calories of energy from sugar.

Twelve servings of the lemonade will provide no less than 1,200 calories. If you need more calories to get through your day, just drink more lemonade to increase calories.

People who are active have been known to drink 24 plus servings per day to keep up with their active lifestyles. Remember, you don’t have to stop exercising because you are on a fasting detox diet, but you do have to make sure you have sufficient calories for your lifestyle. Don’t expect to feel great if you are under your usual calorie count and are over stressing your body.
